Early on in my career I took a degree course in Practical and Applied Psychology. I felt it would not only help me through a very stressful domestic time and help me to reduce the anxiety but be of benefit to others in my proposed Church career. This, plus my devoted dedication to Spiritual Healing, has helped thousands of people.
Stress and anxiety affect more than half of the population so I set up an organisation to combat this curse which affects all ages. I have always practiced the art of correct breathing and enforced relaxation to combat stress and remember stress can cause cancer. I discovered that a proven method of relaxation is music.
When I introduced Buddhist meditation music on my Sunday morning programme, Susan and I had (up to now) over 3000 letters asking not only for music sources, but advice which I promised in a pamphlet form. If you wish to reap the benefits of a new stress free life, follow the instructions of the leaflet and use music to its fullest extent.

We have a small private chapel in our house where all are welcome (by appointment) to visit this non-sectarian oasis. Here is a photograph of the cosmopolitan altar:

As far back as I can remember I have loved Inspirational Music and over the years have made it my duty to preserve our religious heritage in music and song. I have visited Churches and Chapels throughout the North-east conducting massed community hymn singing Services and recording the music for posterity. This material is now available on CD
